.ART Award Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the award.art website (the "Site"), operated by UKCI Holdings Limited, 1st Floor, 11–13 Hill Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1EF ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. The .ART Award
The Site presents the .ART Award. Participation in the competition (eligibility, entries, judging, prizes, liability) is governed by the separate .ART Award Policy, Disclosures and Obligations, which prevails over these Terms for anything competition-specific.
3. No accounts
The Site does not provide user accounts or logins and does not process payments. You browse it as a visitor.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload malware; attempt unauthorised access; or scrape, overload or disrupt the Site.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its content and design are owned by us or our licensors. ".ART and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner." Materials submitted to the .ART Award are dealt with under the .ART Award Policy. Nothing here grants you rights to our intellectual property.
6. Third-party services & links
The Site uses third-party services (e.g. Figma Sites for hosting, Cloudflare, Usercentrics, and—subject to consent—Google) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including loss of revenue, business or data) arising from use of the Site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and the courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
